Making the gender divide visible—and opening up the conversations needed to close it. The Divide brought research on gender inequality to life through an interactive digital experience, translating data into human stories about work, opportunity, and everyday expectations. One of my longest-running projects at Google, the initiative extended across data visualization, campaign communications, publications, and physical events. A shared visual language connected every touchpoint, making complex findings accessible and giving the conversation a presence both online and in person. As Creative Director, I shaped the creative vision, developed the design system, and created design work across the initiative. I led agency partners from concept through execution, guiding how the research became interactive experiences, printed materials, and event graphics.
